THe SIMULCAST EXPERIENCE
The following is a breakdown of the strategy for supporting and enhancing the online experience for every simulcast attendee. The team is made up of 3 crews. A studio crew, a recap crew and a story booth crew. In total there are 17 members from Producers to Editors and Directors to volunteers. Here are the teams.
The Studio Crew
This team is responsible for all pre-taped and live content. Covering the studio to the green rooms and auditorium, this team supports all pre and post show content.
THE RECAP CREW
This team is responsible for capturing all live elements through a more cinematic esthetic. With slow motion, smooth shots on varying focal lengths, this team will capture all the details of the event for all future promotion.
THE STORY BOOTH CREW
This team is responsible for capturing the stories from attendees. This team finds the pulse of the event. They discover the common threads and weave together the thematic storyline of the collective experience.
