ONE THING REMAINS
The driving, declarative nature of this song reminded me of some elements I have experimented with in the past using a subwoofer a tray and some sand or flour. The advancing nature of the song can be visually expressed through the pulsing nature of the sub. Additionally, I would like to play with a table top view to make the horizons disappear and have the dancing elements cove the screen.
GOODNESS OF GOD
These are bubbles on a hot plate. I feel like they offer a variety of those liquid paint like textures on the up-close shots and some soft subtle ethereal vibes on some of the wider shots. SO I feel like dynamically the could favor the song. I would also like to play with the position and rotation factors of them to offer some more variance. Additionally at some parts of the song I would like to play with the placement and distribution across all 5 screens.
KING OF MY HEART
This is just a compilation of several macro shots. I would want the succession of them to be a lot more strategic. I love the first shot of the cloth being pulled over the lens. I love the idea of detail shots for this. The concept of God knowing the detail of our lives. And us showing beautiful details of things we can tend to overlook.
STANDING IN HIS LOVE
This is a visual from another song. I would like to help recreate, but in closer proximity, the paint pulling back like its tearing back or rushing across the paint. The Idea of all this stuff progressively being pushed or torn away is just so powerful to me as I listen to this song. Especially at parts like the bridge when it talks about the power washing off every stain.
ENDLESSLY
This song is so big and I couldn't help but think of all the people who have walked the earth and all the people who will walk it. But since he created the world all of creation has sung his praise. From the mountains to the seas all of the earth for all of time has and will continue. These are satellite photos and I would treat them to be more stylized but I think they would give us a wide variety of textures. These are just a few that I picked real quick.
All Hail King Jesus
This song is so majestic when I was thinking through it I was thinking it could totally be the progression of a sky. The order isn't quite right for the example but the song starts with Jesus being crucified. I would love to start with the dark and stormy skies and as the song moves through and progresses, The skies would change and show all the different colors and cloud patterns. I would be licensing the footage from a friend of mine who just shot a ton of tornado footage that you see in the example. I would also treat and styllize this so it feels cohesive.
